Corrado Mora is an accomplished international mediator and dispute resolution expert, widely recognized for his extensive experience across civil, commercial, intellectual property, and climate-related disputes.
As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a CEDR-accredited mediator, Corrado has conducted over 690 mediations involving complex cross-border, multi-party cases, and 180 community mediations. Additionally, he has acted as an ombudsman and mediator in more than 3,200 energy, telecommunications, and consumer disputes. Corrado is a member of numerous prestigious panels, including ICDR-AAA (New York), WIPO (Geneva), CAS/TAS (Lausanne), and CAM (Milan), reflecting his global reach and professional acclaim.
With a distinguished academic background, including an LL.M. in ADR from the University of Siena, Corrado is a professor and trainer in mediation, negotiation, and conflict management. He has collaborated with leading organizations such as the United Nations, USAID, and various European institutions, delivering over 600 ADR courses worldwide. As a CIArb Course Director, Senior Faculty Member, and Assessor, Corrado shapes the next generation of mediators and negotiators. He is a fluent speaker of Italian, English, Spanish, and other languages, which, combined with his cultural insight, enables him to navigate the intricacies of international disputes effectively.
