YUSRA ARSHED GILANI

Yusra has published a report on Trade Associations and delivered a paper on intellectual property rights for SAARC Law International. JAWAD AKBAR SARWANA

Jawad Akbar Sarwana, is a practicing Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan; an Arbitrator and arbitration counsel; and, a CEDR, UK accredited

In 2020-21, Jawad submitted Expert Reports in the High Court of Justice, Queens’s Bench Division, Commercial Courts of England & Wales on enforcement of foreign judgments. See Judgment dated 12 February 2021 in Case No.CL-2019-000491 (the Reko Diq case).
Jawad has been mediating and conducting neutral intervention work since 2008 till present. His experience covers mediating commercial and corporate disputes in Pakistan, including, inter alia, family-run business disputes, intellectual property disputes (trademarks), international trade (textile sector); financial facilities (credit lines involving small-medium enterprises) and shareholder disputes.
