1. Involved in three primary legislation i.e. Securities Act, 2015 for regulations of Capital Markets in the Country and Companies Act, 2017 along with numerous secondary legislations including rules & regulations of capital market and corporate entities in the country
• Carried out multiple prosecutions on behalf of the regulator before competent criminal courts involving white collar offences in the capital market like market manipulation, insider trading etc.
• More than 20 cases were reported in reputable law journals of the country wherein represented matters involving distinctive questions of law.
