Justice Zafar Sherwani has 30 years of judicial experience as a Judge in District Judiciary and superior Judiciary. He has been accredited as a Mediator by the Center of Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) (UK) and currently performing his duties as a sole Arbitrator in FIDIC contracts. He was also the Director of the Karachi Centre for Dispute Resolution (now NCDR) and a member of ICC Pakistan and Member SAARC Arbitration Council. Mr. Sherwani has authored several research papers published in the Law Journals of Pakistan.
