Pro-bono ADR

MICADR understands the importance of providing free legal services and an easy access to justice to the underprivileged members of the society. It specifically aims to protect the rights of those who may not be in a position to afford an ADR practitioner or a lawyer to resolve their disputes. Taking into account the uneven distribution of resources and MICADR commitment towards providing highest quality dispute resolution services – MICADR shall be extending its services free of cost to individuals and associations that are unable to afford to pay our fee or bear the costs associated with the process.
